Gwar is one of my all time favorite bands. Their music and lyrics are probably some of the best metal I've ever heard. They also have cool looking costumes. Their first album "Hell-O" came out on a small European record label in 1988. Then in 1990 they signed to Metal Blade Records and released "Scumdogs of the Universe" a major improvement from "Hell-O". Their sound continued to evolve through 1992's "America Must Be Destoyed", 1994's "This Toilet Earth", and 1995's "Ragnarok". These albums contain such classics like Have You Seen Me, Whargoul, Jack the World, and BDF. They've also just put out a new album called "Carnival of Chaos".
